I Don’t Teach Women to Be More Assertive.

I Help Them Become More Themselves.

Most women I work with are accomplished.
They are directors, senior professionals, founders, or emerging executives.

They are respected.
They are capable.
They are tired.

They have learned that success requires:

  • Being agreeable
  • Being responsive
  • Being the strong one
  • Being the solution

Lasting change requires more than scripts.

What they haven’t been taught is how to succeed without abandoning themselves.

I believe boundary struggles are rarely about weakness.

    They are about:

    • Identity conditioning
    • Fear of relational rupture
    • Cultural expectations
    • Internalized responsibility

It requires rebuilding from the inside out.

About me: I am Certified Executive Coach who decided to redefine myself at the age of 38.

    The Now

I have worked in the oil and gas, the hospitality sectors, and most recently in the automotive after-market repair and wine industries. I have a background in retail, writing, youth-work, non-profit, and marketing. I have a passion for great customer service.

I currently live in the South Okanagan of British Columbia, with the love of my life, my children, and a couple of large dogs who think they\’re lapdogs (they\’re not). I like to garden, hike, write, craft, and oh man do I read!
